(Entry Level) DM Signature Sparkle Package
The DM Signature Sparkle package serves as our entry-level valet service. This valet is ideally suited for vehicles that are already maintained in excellent condition. Additionally, it is utilised as part of our maintenance clean plan following the application of a DM Signature Shine package.
This package includes the following services:
Wheel wash
Citrus pre-rinse and snow foam application
Hand washing of the exterior using the two-bucket safe wash technique, followed by drying
Door struts wiped down
Exterior windows cleaned
Basic interior vacuuming, console dusting, and glass cleaning
Final touches: Tyre shine and interior carpets scented
The service duration is approximately 2 to 3 hours

(Premium Level) DM Signature Shine Package
The DM Signature Shine Package is our most popular choice among clients. Why? This package encompasses all the exterior cleaning features of the Sparkle package, but with the added benefit of a monthly sealant. This sealant enhances the vehicle's hydrophobic properties, promoting water beading and reducing the adherence of road contaminants.
Moreover, the vehicle receives a comprehensive interior detail deep clean, known as the DM Signature Inner Gleam. This includes steaming and vacuuming of all upholstery, including the boot, and cleaning and extracting the seats. Leather surfaces are treated and conditioned as needed. Mats undergo a thorough deep clean, steaming, and dressing. All door cards, consoles, and trim pieces are dressed, glass cleaned and finally, a freshener finish is applied.
The service duration is approximately 6 to 9 hours.

(Elite Level) DM Signature Sparkle Elite Package
The DM Signature Sparkle Elite package is designed for those who desire their vehicle's exterior to look its absolute best. This comprehensive package combines multiple treatments into one exceptional offering.
Included in the package is the complete exterior service from the DM Signature Sparkle Package, along with a full decontamination detail. This process effectively removes contaminants embedded in the top layers of the paintwork, such as iron fallout and tar spots. We then employ a clay bar or mitt to further extract these impurities, leaving the bodywork smooth to the touch. However, as claying can sometimes result in fine marks known as marring, we follow up with a Dual Action polisher. This technique helps eliminate minor swirl marks and marring, enhancing the car's paintwork with a stunning gloss boost. This process allows us to achieve up to a 60% reduction in finer scratches and blemishes. Then we lock it all in with a 12 month Ceramic Coating.

Important Service Requirement
To ensure a safe and efficient detailing service, we require a secure location with access to both an electrical outlet for our equipment and a water supply. For insurance, staff, and vehicle safety reasons, we are unable to perform detailing services on vehicles parked on main roads, heavily trafficked streets, narrow access roads, or in pay-and-display car parks.
If your chosen location for the service presents any of these challenges, please contact us in advance to discuss suitable arrangements.
Heavily Soiled Interiors
Please note that if your vehicle's interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mold, soured liquids, bodily fluids (e.g., vomit), or blood, additional charges will apply. We recommend sending a few clear photos of the affected areas before booking, allowing us to provide an accurate estimate. If this is not done, the final price will be determined upon the day of valet before any work begins.
